HELENWOOD, Tenn. — The Scott County Chamber of Commerce welcomed to new members this week: the Good Ole Days vendors mall in Oneida, and CONSOL Energy.
Good Ole Days is a combination antique store and flea market located at 283 Industrial Lane in Oneida. In business since 2007, the store is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
CONSOL Energy is headquartered in Pennsylvania and has natural gas operations throughout much of the eastern U.S. Knox Energy, which operates several wells in Scott County, is a venture of CONSOL and employs several local workers.
"Good things are happening in Scott County," said Chamber of Commerce executive director Stacey Kidd. "We're coming through this adversity and we're coming through it stronger than ever before. We're proud of these businesses and their investment in our community."
Chamber of Commerce president Wayne King joined Ms. Kidd in welcoming the new members to the Chamber.
